Description |
Double-sided ribbon. One side has two vertical bands of white and red. There is golden text printed, "Tow. BR. Pomocy W. Kosciuszki Pod Op. Sw. Stanislawa Zal. 3go. Pazdziernika R. P. 1906 w Par. N.M.P. Ware, Mass." Above is a metal disc attached to the ribbon, with an image depicting of a kneeling man with a halo, facing left to a kneeling woman. Tassles are attached to the to the bottom. On top is attached a quaterfoil pin, with a portrait of Kosciuszko in the center. Two tassles are attached on the sides of the pin. On the other side is a black ribbon, with silver print. The text is the same as the previous side. Depicted on top is a bottoni cross, with a square background. Around the cross is a wreath with rounded leaves, with a ribbon in the center. |
