It is connected to a black-colored wooden piece whose back extends to the ground and sides extend into large wheels. On this piece is a silver sticker that reads, "Souvenir of Gettysburg, PA. The base has a golden plaque atached which reads, "Presented to The Polish Museum of Am. By Loda and Dr. Edward C. Rozanski". |
