A small ribbon, attached to a bright yellow notecard. The ribbon has a badge attached on one end, and a pin on the other. The pin is rectangular, and has "Dyrektor" printed in it. The pin is circular, and has a portrait of Pulaski printed on. The ribbon has three vertical bands - red, white, blue - with golden print.
